What is your body build?

What you'll learn

Your prakriti

Your inborn constitution — Vata, Pitta, Kapha or their unique combination. Knowing your prakriti, you'll understand why some foods suit you and others don't, why you react to stress the way you do, and which way of living is ideal for you.

Your vikriti

The current state of your doshas right now — what has fallen out of balance. Vikriti shows what exactly to correct first. It is your personal recovery plan: which doshas to soothe, which to strengthen.

A diet of 377 foods

Each of the 377 real foods in the catalogue is rated for your type specifically: from "strongly recommended" to "avoid completely". Not abstract advice — a concrete list you can take shopping.

Lifestyle recommendations

Daily routine, physical activity, practices for your constitution. Which sport suits you, when to eat, how to restore energy — all matched to your nature.

Seasonal adjustments

Your diet and recommendations adapt automatically to the current season. In winter the body needs one thing, in summer another. Dharmika follows the classical principles of Ritucharya and adjusts the recommendations to keep you in balance all year round.

Questions about the Ayurveda test

Prakriti is your inborn constitution, determined by the ratio of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). It is set at conception and does not change during life. Knowing your prakriti helps you choose the diet, routine and way of living that suit you specifically.

83 questions instead of the 10-15 in typical quizzes. It is based on the classical treatises Ashtanga Hridayam and Charaka Samhita, not simplified interpretations. It accounts for the season, the region and allergies. The result is not just "your type" but a personal diet of 377 foods.

No. Dharmika provides information for self-knowledge and general dietary recommendations based on your constitution. If you have a health condition, always consult a doctor. The Ayurvedic test complements, but does not replace, medical care.

Yes. Prakriti (the inborn type) does not change, but vikriti (the current imbalance) can. It is recommended to take the test once a season to refresh the recommendations according to your current state.

In the Vedic tradition every planet (graha) governs certain doshas and bodily tissues. Dharmika links natal-chart data to the Ayurvedic analysis: for example, a strong Mars points to Pitta tendencies, Saturn to Vata.

The full test with prakriti assessment and the diet is free — one calculation per month on the "Novice" plan. More calculations and all the tools of the three sections are on the "Expert" and "Guru" plans.
