2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2.2. The Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.
2.3. The Service is not available to persons or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to persons on applicable sanctions lists. Payments from certain countries and regions are not supported by our payment provider.
3.1. Dharmika is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that performs automated calculations and generates reports based on the traditional systems of Jyotish (Vedic astrology), Ayurveda and Vastu Shastra. Features may include, among others:
3.2. Reports are generated automatically by our software from the data you enter. One feature of the Service uses a third-party artificial intelligence (AI) model to recognise a floor plan from a photo you upload (see Section 11). No human astrologer, Ayurvedic practitioner, doctor or Vastu consultant reviews your results, and the Service does not include personal consultations.
3.3. The exact features included in each plan are described on our Pricing page. We may add, change or remove features from time to time (see Section 14).
4.1. All content provided by the Service is for educational, informational and self-reflection purposes only. Jyotish, Ayurveda and Vastu are traditional systems of knowledge. Their claims are not established by modern science, and we make no representation that any calculation, interpretation, prediction or suggestion is accurate, complete or will come true.
4.2. The Service does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the Service is a diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any disease or condition, or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or other licensed healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, taking any herb or supplement, or making any health-related decision — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, allergies or food intolerances, or take medication. Never ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
4.3. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind, including psychological, legal, financial, investment, architectural, engineering, construction or real-estate advice. Vastu reports are not a structural, safety or building-code assessment.
4.4. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and actions you take based on the Service. Please read our full Disclaimer.
5.1. You can create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@dharmika.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
5.3. Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or subscription.
6.1. Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and refunds. When you buy a subscription, you buy it from Paddle, and your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Privacy Policy. Your charge will appear on your bank or card statement with a reference to Paddle.
6.2. Plans. Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription billed every 1 month or 12 months, as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. A free plan with limited features is also available. We do not currently offer a free trial of paid plans.
6.3. Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on your location, Paddle may display prices in your local currency and will calculate and collect any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout. The final amount, including tax, is shown before you confirm the payment.
6.4. Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period and at the then-current price, and the payment method you provided will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel.
6.5. Renewal reminders. For 12-month plans, we will email you a reminder at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6.6. Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change will apply only from your next billing period, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
6.7. Plan changes. If you switch plans, the change and any proration or credit will be applied as shown to you at the time of the change.
6.8. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access to paid features may be suspended or your subscription cancelled.
7.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription within the app. You can also cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net, or by writing to support@dharmika.app.
7.2. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription ends and you will not be charged again.
7.3. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. You can delete your account separately in Settings (see our Privacy Policy).
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Section.
10.1. "Your Content" means the data you enter or upload, such as birth details, questionnaire answers, and layouts, images or scans of your home.
10.2. You keep all rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display Your Content only to provide and improve the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content.
10.3. You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Please do not upload images showing people, documents or other information that is not needed for the Vastu analysis.
10.4. Reports generated for you may be downloaded and used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
11.1. One feature of the Service uses a third-party AI model to recognise the layout of a floor plan from a photo or scan you upload. The recognised layout may be inaccurate or incomplete — please check it and correct it in the editor before relying on the analysis. It is subject to all of Section 4.
11.2. Upload only the floor plan itself. We remove location metadata (such as GPS coordinates) from the image before sending it to the AI provider. If you prefer not to use the AI provider, enter your floor plan manually in the editor. Details of the provider and the data it receives are in our Privacy Policy.
12.1. The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, texts, graphics, logos and the "Dharmika" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
12.2. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12.3. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
The Service relies on third-party services, such as Paddle (payments), Google (sign-in and, with your consent, analytics), GeoNames (place search), our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and an AI provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
14.1. We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify or remove features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of your paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel; if the change significantly reduces what you paid for, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your current billing period.
14.2. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any result, prediction or suggestion is accurate, reliable or will produce any particular outcome.
16.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, health outcomes or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service or any decision you make based on it.
16.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including uploading content you had no right to upload.
18.1. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
18.2. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law or sanctions rules, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.
18.3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 10–12, 15–17, 19 and 21) will survive.
19.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
19.2. Please contact us first at support@dharmika.app — most issues can be resolved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
19.3. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where that law allows it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
21.1. Language. These Terms are written in English. We may provide translations for convenience; in case of any conflict, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
21.2. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
21.3. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
21.4. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
21.5. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor in connection with a business transfer, provided your rights are not reduced.
21.6. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
